Passport Train the Trainer

Course Description

Passport Train the Trainer is a 3 day hands on course that is specifically designed for the technician that will be training the Passport POS End Users. Trainer Training is recommended in addition to the Passport Technical Training.

This course covers the following :

Forecourt Setup
Reports
Network Settings
Speed Keys
Department Keys
Security Groups
Register Groups
Back Office and Loyalty Integration
Open / Close Tills, Shifts, Months, and Days
Programming Manager Periods
Passport Remote Management (VNC)

Course Prerequisites
There are currently no prerequisites for this course.

Tools
Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements.

Minimum 2 Gigabyte Ram
Minimum 1 GHz Processor
Adobe PDF Reader
Internet Explorer 8 or 9
Ethernet Port
Wireless Network Card
Current Virus Protection

Course Pricing
3 days Hands on Trainer Training: $1,000.00
(Cancellation is required two weeks prior to the start of the class. If cancellation is made after the two weeks half the class fee will be charged.)
