Passport Certified Technical Training

Course Description

Passport Certified Technical Training, your tech will leave this course feeling confident in his abilty to perform Passport tasks. Your employee will have hands-on training and troubleshooting with PX-52, PX-60, EDH and PE-60 systems.

This is a extensive hands-on 5 day course that covers the following :

Intro to the passport system
Basic hardware overview
V12.02 and V21.02 software installation and upgrade
PX-60 hardware, EDH2
Enhanced dispenser hub installation, troubleshooting and repair
Firewall router troubleshooting and programming
Hard drive replacement and recovery
Basic manger work station programming
Extensive software and hardware troubleshooting
System hardening/securing
WinPE & OS thumb drive loading V-20. Tech will leave class with tools ready to perform his job.

API Safety (00003196) – https://www.apilearning.org
Passport POS Certification Pre-Course (0000011603) – Self Enroll in Saba. Must be completed before registering for the Instructor Led Class.
Passport POS Certification – Instructor Led Course, enrollment form on our website.

Tools
Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements.

Administrative rights to laptop PC
Adobe PDF Reader
Internet Explorer
Wireless Network Card
Windows OS

Technician must provide one 512GB 3.0 or higher thumb drive, WINPE and OS, V-12, these will be his for use in class and perform passport task in field.

5 days Passport Hands on Technical Training: $2,800.00
(Cancellation is required two weeks prior to the start of the class. If cancellation is made after the two weeks half the class fee will be charged.)
