Our service department now offers our valued customers a Preventive Maintenance Program for Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and Bio-Fuel locations. We are also offering this program to our customers storing ULSD fuel for emergency generators. Click on the links below to find out more information.

Inventory - We strive to provide excellence in our customer service by providing an extensive inventory of parts in our service vehicles and warehouse facility to ensure that we repair most problems on the first trip. Having the right products and parts at the right time ensures that we can complete your project on schedule, and keep it operating smoothly for years to come. Hafer Equipment does not install any new equipment for our clients until we have sufficient spare parts on our shelves.
Technical Expertise - Hafer Equipment has been involved since the very first day that electronics were used in the petroleum liquid handling. Initially we worked with electromechanical self service, and now, full electronics. Our facility has received the prestigious title of Certified Training Center from Gilbarco Veeder-Root. This means that other petroleum service companies seek our expertise in training their service technicians.
Staff - Our service staff consist of 8 full time Gilbarco Veeder-Root certified petroleum technicians, multiple dispatchers, a 24/7 answering service that can be tailored to meet your company's specific needs and procedures, and a dedicated service manager who has years of field experience as a technician.
