Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all non-life sustaining businesses in PA to close. In an effort to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Hafer’s physical location is closed starting at 8 PM on Thursday March 19th. Our construction operations, tank truck shop, parts counter and office are now closed to meet the governor’s orders.
We understand how important it is for you to keep your sites up and running during these unprecedented times. We are doing everything we can to support you as you supply essential and life-sustaining products we all need. We have been consistently reviewing our policies this week to protect our team members, customers and all we interact with. We have decided to eliminate all external traffic from our locations.
Hafer’s field service technicians for support of essential C-Store fueling systems are allowed to continue to operate. Petroleum Equipment Service field work should only be for real emergency type of service. Moving Forward:
Our facility doors will be locked, our building will be closed to all visitors, including customers and vendors.
Please communicate with us by phone or email. We are making every effort to make it easy to communicate with us without the necessity for physical interaction.
We will have phone numbers posted on the doors of our facilities for unannounced visitors to call in to obtain parts and service.
We will no longer accept cash for transactions. In addition to our customer accounts, we will be accepting credit cards over the phone.
At this time we are only handling emergency petroleum fueling service calls.
Our Service Technicians will follow the following safety measures
At time of technician arrival, we will not require you to sign any paperwork or electronically sign our write up tablet.
