Course Description

The class is hosted in our state of the art training facility. We offer training on Advantage, Encore 300,  Encore 500,  Encore 500s and the Encore 700s. Units contain standard electronics, Flex pay II and Flex pay IV. Your technicians will gain the confidence that comes with this five day informative class. Our certified instructor has over 20 years of experience in the petroleum equipment industry. The class is predominantly hands-on so your technicians can understand and grasp the material.
The dispenser course covers the following:​​​
  • Laptop tool loading, usage and event log retrieval
  • Node operation and functionality on the systems LON
  • Node based, PCB based and optimized electronics
  • Blenders
  • Component & board functionality
  • Meters and hydraulic functionality
  • CRIND, standard PCB and Flex Pay IV & VI - MOC and generic (monochrome, 5.7" & 10.4" color screens)
  • Loading of techs laptop with Flex Pay tools, both Flex Pay IV and Flex Pay VI
  • Flex Pay IV and II programming, loading and RKL usage
  • Start-up and service, Advantage, Encore 300, 500 & 700
  • Extensive dispenser and crind programming
  • Troubleshooting
  • EPP Keypads (Remote Key Loading & Key Map Loading)
  • High Speed Connectivity
  • COIP
  • BRCM-2 and Cat6 Connections
Course Prerequisites
  • API Safety (0000016286) – https://www.apilearning.org
  • Dispensing Systems Pre-Course (0000016286) – Self Enroll in Saba. Must be completed and have 6 months IN Field before registering for the Instructor Led Certification Class.
  • Dispensing Systems Certification – Instructor Led Course, enrollment form on our website.
Tools 
Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements. 
  • Windows OS
  • Serial port or USB to comport adapter loaded with driver
  • Adobe PDF Reader
  • Ethernet Port
  • Wireless Network Card
  • Administrative rights to laptop pc, load software and change IP address
  • All cabling required to program Encore dispensers. If cabling is not available we offer a dispenser cabling kit.
  • Small hand tools: a digital multi-meter, lock-out tag-out kit and an anti-static wrist strap.  
  • Blue diagnostics card​

Course Pricing
 5 day Dispenser Leader Led Course:         $3,100.00
 (Cancellation is required two weeks prior to the start of the class.  If cancellation is made after the two weeks half the class fee will be charged.)
