Veeder-Root Level 2/3 Training
Course Description
Veeder-Root Level 2/3 Technical training reviews TLS-350 installation techniques taught in the Level 1 online course and adds programming, diagnostic, and troubleshooting information. This course also includes a one day introduction into the TLS-450 with BIR and AccuChart II.
Course Prerequisites
Technician must successfully complete the TLS-350 Level 1 online training course, the TLS-350 Level 2/3 prerequisite, and the TLS-450 introduction. Technician should reserve approximately 2-3 hours to complete the TLS-350 prerequisite and the TLS-450 introduction.
Tools
Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements.
- Windows XP SP 2/3 Operating System (GVR currently does not support Vista or Windows 7)
- Minimum 1 Gigabyte Ram
- Minimum 1 GHz Processor
- Adobe PDF Reader
- Internet Explorer 7 or 8
- Ethernet Port
- Wireless Network Card
- Current Virus Protection
