Course Description
Passport Certified Technical Training is a 5 day hands on course that covers the following :
- Intro to the Passport System
- Hardware Overview
- v 8.02/.03 Software Installation and Feature Activation
- Enhanced Dispenser Hub Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
- Firewall Router Programming and Integration
- Basic Manager Work Station Programming
- Basic Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
Course Prerequisites
Current - Successful completion of the web course work, fuel site safety module, and testing is currently required for this class.
Tools
Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements.
- Windows XP SP 2/3 Operating System (GVR currently does not support Vista or Windows 7)
- Minimum 1 Gigabyte Ram
- Minimum 1 GHz Processor
- Adobe PDF Reader
- Internet Explorer 7 or 8
- Ethernet Port
- Wireless Network Card
- Current Virus Protection
