Passport Trainer the Trainer
Course Description
Passport Train the Trainer is a 3 day hands on course that is specifically designed for the technician that will be training the Passport POS End Users. Trainer Training is recommended in addition to the Passport Technical Training. This course covers the following items:
- Forecourt Setup
- Reports
- Network Settings
- Speed Keys
- Department Keys
- Security Groups
- Register Groups
- Back Office and Loyalty Integration
- Open / Close Tills, Shifts, Months, and Days
- Programming Manager Periods
- Passport Remote Management (VNC)
Course Prerequisites
There is currently no prerequisite required for this course.
Tools
Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements.
- Windows XP SP 2/3 Operating System (GVR currently does not support Vista or Windows 7)
- Minimum 1 Gigabyte Ram
- Minimum 1 GHz Processor
- Adobe PDF Reader
- Internet Explorer 7 or 8
- Ethernet Port
- Wireless Network Card
- Current Virus Protection
