 Course Description 

Hosted in our state of the art training center, using two Encore 300s, one Encore 500, and an Encore 500s with color screens, your technicians will gain the confidence that comes with hands on experience as they complete this informative 5 day leader led dispenser course that covers the following:

  • Laptop Tool and Event Log Training
  • LON and Node Operation
  • Optimized Electronics
  • Blenders
  • Vapor Recovery
  • Component & Board Functionality
  • Meters
  • CRIND - MOC & Generic (Monochrome and Color Screens)
  • TRIND
  • Start-up and Service
  • Dispenser Programming
  • Troubleshooting
  • EPP Keypads (Remote Key Loading & Key Map Loading)

Course Prerequisites

This course required the successful completion of the GVR Fuel Site Safety Certification and the web based portion of the Dispensing System Course (20-25 hours online) before attending the hands on class.

Tools 

Technician must provide a laptop computer that meets the following system requirements. 

  • Windows XP SP 2/3 Operating System (GVR currently does not support Vista or Windows 7)
  • Minimum 1 Gigabyte Ram
  • Minimum 1 GHz Processor
  • Adobe PDF Reader
  • Internet Explorer 7 or 8
  • Ethernet Port
  • Wireless Network Card
  • Current Virus Protection
